Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude, be highly motivated, and dependable. Everyone works together as a collaborative team to deliver the Southside standards.

Compensation includes competitive wages plus share of tip pool for non-exempt employees.
Benefits for full-time positions include medical through Kaiser, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, and paid time off.
Ideal candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule at all Southside locations including days, nights, weekends and holidays and overtime as required by business needs.
Experience for some positions is required, however we’re willing to train bright, energetic, friendly, out-going people with a great attitude.
